Recently renovated, Pebbles Beach House blends chic modern interiors with coastal elegance to create a welcoming and stylish home. The open-plan living area is designed with comfort in mind, featuring soft blue tones that reflect the beauty of the Cornish coast. The self-catering property is equipped with all the amenities you need, including a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer, and tumble dryer—perfect for families or groups.

This dog-friendly Bude cottage is designed to accommodate both humans and pets. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed surrounded by soft pillows, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The family bathroom features a monsoon rainfall shower, ideal for washing off after a day spent on the beach with your dog. Bi-fold doors lead out to a gravelled patio where you can relax, enjoy the sunshine, and watch your dog enjoy the enclosed garden with stunning views across the nature reserve.

Pebbles Beach House is just a short stroll from Crooklet’s Beach, a dog-friendly beach where your pet can run free along the shore. Bude’s dog-friendly town centre is also nearby, offering plenty of pet-welcoming cafes and shops. For those who enjoy outdoor adventures, the South West Coast Path runs close by, offering stunning walking routes along Cornwall’s rugged coastline.

In winter, nothing beats curling up by the wood burner after a day of exploring with your dog. The Atlantic Coast provides an ideal setting for surfing, coastal walks, or simply unwinding with your pet by your side. Off-road parking is available for one car, and the property includes a large shed for storing bikes, surfboards, and pet essentials.

Please Note: During school holiday periods, Pebbles must be booked from Friday to Friday. A minimum of a three night stay applies at all other times.

Short Breaks and Discounts

Mid-Week and Weekend Breaks

We know that people’s lives are busy and sometimes a short break away can be just what is needed to refresh, revitalise and re-energise. Short breaks with a minimum of 3 nights are available all year, excluding the main school holidays. From 19th July – 23rd August 2025 only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted.

Good to Know

We have three coastal inspired self-catering luxury holiday cottages. Tregea and Brambles are adjacent to the holiday park and Pebbles is set in the heart of Bude town.

Reservations

Reservations must run from Sat to Sat between 19th July – 23rd August 2025. The holiday cottages will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate your cottage by 10am on the day of departure.

Late Arrival

If you are arriving after 6pm, we would appreciate if you could let us know ahead of time. If this is the case, please check in using your online account and make your way directly to your holiday cottage. A key code will be emailed to you on the day of arrival, please use this to access the key box outside your holiday cottage.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit of 25% of the overall cost of your holiday to secure your booking. The deposit paid is non-refundable. The balance for your accommodation is payable 42 days before the day of your arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. You will receive a balance reminder via email when your balance is due.

We appreciate your circumstances can change resulting in cancellation or amendment of your holiday. We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements where we can, subject to cost and availability. Cancellations must be put into writing. If you cancel your holiday 42 days before arrival the deposit will be lost. If you cancel less than 42 days before arrival the balance will be lost. Unfortunately no refunds are issued so we strongly advise you take out your own holiday insurance.

Low Season Facilities

Some amenities may be restricted according to demand at the beginning and end of the season. This includes The Courtyard Bar, Lodge Takeaway, on-site shop and some park activities. The badminton court may also be unavailable due to functions out of the main season. Pebbles is located in the main town of Bude but the parks facilities are all available for use when the park is open.
