Standard Returns Policy

Is your purchase not quite right? Don’t worry, we’ll be happy to accept returns by post within 14 days of you receiving the items and as long as you have a proof of purchase. Items must be unopened or unworn and in their original condition. Items are returned at your own cost, and a refund will be processed to your original method of payment once the items have been received.

Christmas Returns Policy

If you are purchasing a gift for Christmas, with the exception of gift vouchers, we will offer an exchange only after the 14 day returns period as stated above. Exchanges on items purchased for Christmas will be able to be made until 31st January 2026.
