Your pitch will be available from 12pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Private Bathroom Pod Pitches: Please note, arrival and departure for these pitches is slightly different to our normal pitches to allow for cleaning of the pods. Arrival is from 2pm and departure is by 10am.

Late check outs are available during low and mid season (subject to availability). The cost for this is half of the nightly stay and allows you to vacate your pitch by 6pm.

There is an overnight arrivals area available with a limited amount of electrical hookups. Unfortunately this area cannot be booked.

The latest pitching time is 9pm.

Your pitch will be allocated for you before you arrive with us. We do not make an additional charge for specific pitches and will try our best to honour your request; however we cannot guarantee that you will be able to have the specific pitch requested.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your booking, or £50 if this is less, is required to secure your reservation. Balance payments will be required 42 days in advance of your arrival. You are able to take out our cancellation policy at the time of booking for £10 per week or part week, but this doesn’t cover all reasons for cancellation, so we strongly advise you also take out your own holiday insurance.

The payment of £10 per week protects you and your party, up to and including the day before your holiday, against loss of all monies already paid (excluding £10 per week premium) due to redundancy, jury service, personal injury, illness or death to any member of your party. Supporting evidence i.e. Doctor’s Certificate, Redundancy Notice etc, will be required. We recommend you take out your own holiday insurance as no refunds will be issued for any reason other than those covered by the cancellation plan.

Please note that as of 5th March 2020, this cancellation policy will not cover pandemics or epidemics. We strongly advise you take out your own holiday insurance should you have to cancel for these reasons.
