Tregea is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families. With 5 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The open-plan living area provides a warm and welcoming space for socialising, with comfortable seating, a modern kitchen, and a large dining table perfect for family meals or group gatherings. Outside, Tregea offers a private garden with ample space for relaxing or enjoying outdoor dining. The large lawn area is perfect for children to play, while adults can relax and soak up the fresh Cornish air. We regret we are unable to accept pets in Tregea.

Short Breaks and Discounts

Mid-Week and Weekend Breaks

We know that people’s lives are busy and sometimes a short break away can be just what is needed to refresh, revitalise and re-energise. Short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights are available at all times, excluding the main school holidays. From 19th July – 23rd August 2025, only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted.

Christmas and New Year Breaks

Celebrate the festive season in our coastal cottages surrounded by your loved ones. Prices start from £1467 for a three night break.

Good to Know

We have three coastal inspired self-catering luxury holiday cottages. Tregea and Brambles are adjacent to the holiday park and Pebbles is set in the heart of Bude town.

Reservations

Reservations must run from Sat to Sat between 19th July – 23rd August 2025. The holiday cottages will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate your cottage by 10am on the day of departure.

Late Arrival

If you are arriving after 6pm, we would appreciate if you could let us know ahead of time. If this is the case, please check in using your online account and make your way directly to your holiday cottage. A key code will be emailed to you on the day of arrival, please use this to access the key box outside your holiday cottage.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit of 25% of the overall cost of your holiday to secure your booking. The deposit paid is non-refundable. The balance for your accommodation is payable 42 days before the day of your arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. You will receive a balance reminder via email when your balance is due.

We appreciate your circumstances can change resulting in cancellation or amendment of your holiday. We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements where we can, subject to cost and availability. Cancellations must be put into writing. If you cancel your holiday 42 days before arrival the deposit will be lost. If you cancel less than 42 days before arrival the balance will be lost. Unfortunately no refunds are issued so we strongly advise you take out your own holiday insurance.

Low Season Facilities

Some amenities may be restricted according to demand at the beginning and end of the season. This includes The Courtyard Bar, Lodge Takeaway, on-site shop and some park activities. The badminton court may also be unavailable due to functions out of the main season. Pebbles is located in the main town of Bude but the parks facilities are all available for use when the park is open.
