You are able to book Hartland for a short break or weekly stay. Our arrival and departure days are either Friday or Monday. During the main school holidays, we can only accept Friday to Friday weekly bookings.
Please refer to the availability calendar opposite for pricing and availability throughout the year.
We accept one large or two small well behaved dogs in Hartland by prior arrangement. An additional cost of £10 per night, per dog will apply.
We ask that you never leave your dog unattended at any time, and bring your dog bedding with you. We also ask that you refrain from allowing your dog onto the soft furnishings.
You are able to enjoy the facilities on offer here at Wooda all year round, but please note, some are not open over the winter or low season. You can find out more here>
Discover our stunning Gwelva Hills Luxury Lodges, with beautiful sea views.
Our Lodges run with Friday and Monday changeover days, meaning you can either stay 3 nights Friday-Monday, 4 nights Monday-Friday, or for 7 nights Friday-Friday or Monday-Monday.
Your lodge will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Late check outs are available during low and mid season (subject to availability) and will be charged at half the price of a night’s stay.
If you are going to be arriving after 6pm, we would appreciate if you could let us know as soon as possible. If this is the case, please make your way directly to your accommodation and check in online. You will be emailed the key code to your property on the day of arrival so that you are able to retrieve the keys from a key box located outside your lodge.
We require a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. Deposit payments are non refundable. Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.
The balance for your accommodation is payable 42 days before the date of your arrival.
We appreciate your circumstances can sometimes change resulting in the amendment or cancellation of your holiday. We will always try our best to accommodate your requirements where we can, subject to cost and availability. Cancellations must be put into writing. If you cancel your booking, all monies paid are non-refundable. We do not offer a cancellation policy for bookings in Gwelva Hills so we recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
Some amenities may be restricted according to demand at the beginning and end of the season. This includes The Courtyard, The Loft Cocktail Bar, Lodge Takeaway and on-site shop. These amenities will also be closed between November – March, but there is a village pub within walking distance of Gwelva Hills. The badminton court may be sometimes unavailable due to functions out of the main season.
