As the first point of contact for our guests, working as a receptionist at our holiday park is all about creating a welcoming, helpful, and positive experience from the moment people arrive. You’ll be the friendly face of the park—handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, managing bookings, and helping guests make the most of their stay in Cornwall. No two days are the same, and great communication, organisation, and a calm, can-do attitude are essential.

Shop

As a shop assistant at our holiday park, you’ll help create a positive and convenient experience for our guests—whether they’re picking up breakfast essentials, local gifts, or treats for the beach. You’ll keep the shop clean, well-stocked, and welcoming, while offering friendly service with a smile. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, staying organised, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced, holiday environment.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is a key part of creating the five-star experience our guests expect. As a housekeeping team member, you’ll be responsible for keeping our accommodation clean, fresh, and ready for new arrivals—making sure every guest feels comfortable and welcomed from the moment they step inside. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work.

Facilities cleaning

As a facilities cleaner, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect from a five-star holiday park. You’ll be responsible for keeping shared areas—such as shower blocks, toilets, laundries, and other communal spaces—clean, hygienic, and welcoming throughout the day. This is a role where reliability, consistency, and attention to detail truly make a difference to the guest experience.

Groundsmen

As a groundsman, you’re a vital part of keeping our holiday park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming for all our guests. From maintaining lawns and gardens to managing paths and outdoor facilities, your work helps create the perfect setting for a memorable stay in Cornwall. This hands-on role requires practical skills, a good eye for detail, and a real love of working outdoors.

Maintenance

As a maintenance technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring our holiday park runs smoothly and safely for all guests and staff. You’ll be responsible for routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and quickly resolving any issues that arise—keeping facilities, accommodations, and equipment in top condition. This role demands practical problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work across a variety of trades.

On-Call Site Wardens

As an on-call site warden, you are the vital link between our guests and the team, providing support, security, and assistance during out-of-hours periods. Your role is to respond promptly to any emergencies, guest queries, or site issues—ensuring everyone feels safe and cared for at all times. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, calmness under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility..

Front of House – Bars & Restaurants

As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the welcoming face of our bars and restaurants, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean, friendly environment. Bar Staff
