Dining together has always played a huge part of Colwill family life at Wooda and we’re determined to keep some of the best Bude food and drink options at the heart of what we do! We love to source our ingredients as locally to Bude as possible to give you the best dining options we can whilst reducing our food miles.

The Lodge Takeaway
Currently closed for Winter! Reopening 14th March 2026. School Holidays 5pm-9pm Thu-Mon | Mid Season 5pm-8pm Thu-Mon (subject to change) | Breakfasts served Friday to Monday 8.30am to 11am April to September.
The Lodge is the perfect pit stop for dinner after a long day exploring beautiful Bude! Serving a delicious selection of chef-crafted fish and chips, rice bowls, burgers, pizzas, salads and much more, there is something to suit everyone’s taste buds. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
The Yard Coffee, Bar & Kitchen
Currently closed for Winter! Reopening 30th March 2026. Bar open for coffee, cakes and drinks 10am-10pm daily. Food service 5.30pm-8pm Tuesday to Saturday (8.30pm in school holidays), Sunday Lunch 12pm-4pm, no food on Mondays (food van replacement!). *Times subject to change, please see here for weekly open times>
The Yard Bar is the hub of dine-in food & drink at Wooda! In 2026, The Yard is set to become our all-day venue, serving as a coffee lounge and bar in the daytime, with dinner service from the kitchen in the evenings, and a rotating lineup of local food vans offering tasty alternatives on Sunday and Monday evenings when the kitchen is closed. Whether you fancy a drink, a bite to eat, or both – you’re free to enjoy your meal inside The Yard, outside under the canopy, or up at The Mowhay.
You can also look forward to live music and entertainment on selected evenings throughout your stay from May to September!

Our ever popular local food pop ups are back this year to help cover the days our Lodge Takeaway and Yard Bar are closed, ensuring that you can enjoy delicious food at Wooda every day of the week!

The Farm Shop
Open all year round, with hours in line with the Reception Opening Times>
The Farm Shop is our on-site shop stocked with a good selection of popular groceries, milk, sweets, gifts and toys. Between November and March the Farm Shop will remain open for your daily essentials, however, we don’t stock any fresh items during the winter months. The fresh stock will be replenished in March ready for the new season.

Specialising in locally sourced ingredients, bespoke menus for any occassion and cooking everything from scratch. Kit can cater to dietary requirements, preferences and pricing, and will work with you to create your dream menu.

To ease the pressure on our Farm Shop and local shops, we are introducing an arrival hamper service. Full of all the daily essentials and some of the best Bude food & drink, our hampers are the perfect way to kick start your holiday! Arrival hampers start from £45 and can be pre-ordered for collection or delivery on arrival.
