Thoughtfully designed to cater to all guests and wheelchair users, this premium accommodation offers the perfect base for exploring the stunning North Cornwall coast and its many attractions.

The Derwent accessible holiday home features a practical open-plan layout, providing ease of movement without compromising on style. A well equipped kitchen allows for effortless self-catering, while the cosy lounge area with a Smart TV is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. With two bedrooms, this holiday home accommodates up to five guests.

Designed with accessibility in mind, the Derwent is equipped with practical features to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Located within the tranquil Wooda Farm Holiday Park, guests have access to exceptional on-site facilities. Just a short distance away is the award winning Bude town.

Please note: All beds in our holiday homes are made up ready for your arrival and bath mats and tea towels are provided, however you still need to bring your own hand and bath towels.

Short Breaks and Discounts

Dogs

We accept one large or two small dogs in the Atlantic by prior arrangement. An additional cost of £10 per night or £56 per week will apply.

We ask that you never leave your dog unattended at any time and bring your dog bedding with you. We also ask that you refrain from allowing your dog onto the soft furnishings.

Mid-Week and Weekends

We know that people’s lives are busy and sometimes a short break away can be just what is needed to refresh, revitalise and re-energise. Short breaks are available between throughout the season, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Holiday Home Discounts

Two’s Company* – For parties of only two people staying for a full week we offer a 10% discount off the total price of your holiday accommodation.

Young Families* – Family holidays can add up so when travelling with two adults and two children under the age of 5 we offer a 10% discount off the total price of your holiday accommodation when staying for a full week.

*These offers must not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Date restrictions apply, school holidays excluded.

Good to Know

We have a fantastic variety of Holiday Homes and S-Pods here at Wooda. From the brand new Horizons with beautiful sea views, to the ever-popular Atlantic Holiday Homes with stylish interiors.

Reservations must run from Sat to Sat between 24th May – 31st May and from Sat to Sat or Mon to Mon between 19th July – 23rd August 2025. The holiday caravans and S-Pods will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. We reserve the right to re-let your accommodation if not claimed by 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

If you are due to arrive after 6pm, please let us know beforehand. If this is the case, please check in through your online account and make your way directly to your holiday home. You will be emailed the key code for your property on the day of arrival, please use this to access the key box outside your property.

We require a deposit of 25% of the overall cost of your holiday to secure your booking. The deposit paid is non-refundable. The balance for your accommodation is payable 42 days before the day of your arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. You will receive a balance reminder via email when your balance is due.

We appreciate sometimes situations can change resulting in a change in your holiday plans. We strongly advise you take out your own holiday insurance to cover you should you have to cancel, and we do offer our own cancellation policy that you can take out should you feel your reasons for cancelling might be covered. All cancellations must be put into writing. If you cancel 42 days before you’re due to arrive, your deposit will be lost. Cancellations less than 42 days before arrival will result in the balance of your holiday being lost, unless you have taken out our cancellation policy (details below) and the reason for cancellation is covered.

The payment of £10 per week protects you and your party, up to and including the day before your holiday, against loss of all monies already paid (excluding £10 per week premium) due to redundancy, jury service, personal injury, illness or death to any member of your party. Supporting evidence i.e. Doctor’s Certificate, Redundancy Notice etc, will be required. We recommend you take out your own holiday insurance as no refunds will be issued for any reason other than those covered by the cancellation plan.

Please note that as of 5th March 2020, this cancellation policy will not cover pandemics or epidemics. We strongly advise you take out your own holiday insurance should you have to cancel for these reasons.
